Delivery times

Once payment is cleared, it usually takes up to 21 days for delivery, as each piece of Clare Hynes jewellery is crafted by hand. Should your order take longer to process, especially during busy periods, we will always let you know. All items are posted by registered post.

Jewellery care

Treat your jewellery with great care by storing it separately to avoid it getting tangled and breaking. Do not expose it to perfume or hairspray as it is likely it will become tarnished due to the chemicals.

Return policy

Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly issue a credit note applicable to a future order. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition and in its original box. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Credit issued will be of the retail amount (excluding any postage & packaging fees).
